Shipping Policy – Gold Lady
Thank you for shopping with Gold Lady. We are committed to delivering your order safely and on time, anywhere in India.
1. Shipping Destinations We currently ship pan India — to all states and union territories across the country. We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification with your tracking details once your order is dispatched.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999.
5. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order directly on the courier partner's website.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for steps to raise a claim. If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate with the courier partner.
7. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. Gold Lady is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
